DESIGN YOUR HOME
We provide a concept design to create your dream floor plan with precision and creativity.

The homeowner signs a simple 1-page agreement for a conceptual design and a basic construction estimate.
Conceptual design includes:
Floor Plan (This is the layout of your home. We will design, re-design/revise until you love your floor plan.)
Site Plan (This is the overview that shows you how all structures sit on the property with dimensions to scale.)
Elevations (This is the picture view demonstrating the exterior features of your new home. This will allow you to see the roof lines, windows, and exterior doors.)
Basic construction estimate is based on the final conceptual design.
Cost: $5,000
PLANS & PERMITS
We develop a full set of architectural and structural plans for county approval.

The conceptual design serves as the foundation for full plan sets, including architectural, structural, engineering, and Title 24. Some lots may require additional consultants, like land surveyors, soils / civil engineers, with separate fees applied as needed.
The completed plans will be submitted to the appropriate agency and managed through to RTI (Ready-to-Issue).
Cost for Plans:
$25,000 - Avg. Cost (Final cost TBD based on Total Square Footage)
$12,500 - ADU’s up to 800 SF
Cost for RTI: The homeowner will pay the exact cost of County fees related to submission and RTI.
CONSTRUCTION
We develop a plan that ensures high-quality results, delivered on time and within budget.

The homeowner signs a construction contract with us to complete the project once RTI is achieved.
Cost: Actual Cost is based on the final approved plan set. The homeowner will receive a line-item custom proposal tailored to their specific project.
If you have completed plans with another company, BZ Build Co. will work directly with your architect/design team to estimate and build your home.
Additional Services
Residential Construction
Residential construction services include single and multi-family homes. We can assist in the design and build of ground up projects as well as small and large scale additions to existing structures.
Architectural and Engineering Services
We are happy to work with your architect of choice or to refer you to an architect in our network.
ADU Specialists
ADU projects are one of the best ways to add value to an existing property, Examples include ADU use for an aging family member, an income tenant, or for self-use.
Depending on your cities zonings laws, you may be able to add single, two story, or multi-use ADUs.
We are a full service ADU builder offering full-service design and build or build from existing plans.
Investor Services
Real estate investor services consist of:
- Existing property design renovations
- Property additions / enhancements
- ADU additions based on zoning
Our pre-designed investor packages consist of finish items that are economical and consistent across multiple properties.
Commercial Construction
We are fully licensed and capable of assisting with your commercial remodel. We specialize in demo , design, and tenant improvements. Our quick commercial service maximizes your down time.
